At RIVR76, we stand behind the quality of our products and aim to provide a fair and transparent return process. If you're not fully happy with your order, we’re here to help.
This Return & Refund Policy is incorporated into and governed by our Terms of Service and applies to all purchases made through RIVR76.
Returns
No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be granted outside the conditions expressly stated in this policy. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition as when received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, contact us at rivr@rivr76.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are covered only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. For all other returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
⚠️ Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
Items with stains, odors (including smoke, perfume, or deodorant), or signs of use
Items returned without original tags or packaging
Final sale, clearance, or promotional items (if marked as such at purchase)
Any item returned outside the stated return window

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at rivr@rivr76.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to:

Request a return for your original item.

Place a new order once your return is accepted.
European Union Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.
Items must be:

Accompanied by proof of purchase
Refunds
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds may be reduced or denied if returned items do not meet our eligibility requirements. We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and confirm if your refund is approved.
If approved:

You’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers agree to follow this Return & Refund Policy before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us or in violation of this policy may be contested using order records, delivery confirmation, and these published policies. Abuse of the return or dispute process may result in refusal of future service.
Customers agree that this policy must be followed before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback. Disputes filed in violation of this policy may be contested using our Terms of Service and related policies. In the event of any conflict between this policy and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service shall control.
