This Shipping Policy is governed by and incorporated into our Terms of Service.


Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer the following shipping options:

Domestic Shipping (U.S.):

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): $5.95

  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): $12.95

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100

International Shipping:

  • Rates and delivery times vary by country and will be calculated at checkout.

Please note: Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to high demand, customs, or carrier issues beyond our control.


Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Carrier tracking confirmation indicating ‘delivered’ constitutes fulfillment of our delivery obligation.


Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs and import duties.


Lost or Damaged Packages
RIVR76 is not liable for packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier and marked as delivered. If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, you must contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can assist in filing a carrier claim. Assistance with claims does not guarantee a replacement or refund.
